Privacy statement

Whenever I ask for personal data I state the purpose: the coaching itself, the communication around it, or invoicing. Data is only used for the purpose it was provided for.

All processing concerns data you provide yourself: in conversation, by email, through the contact form on this site, or on paper.

Through the contact form on this website, by email, and on paper through the coaching agreement. Messages sent via the contact form are stored in a secured database that only I can access.

No one, unless there is a legal obligation. The content of our conversations is never shared with your manager or the commissioning organisation, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in advance.

Personal data is never sold, rented or leased. If I bring a case into peer reflection or supervision, it is fully anonymised.

Financial records are kept for seven years, as required by law. Other personal data is kept until two years after our last appointment, and destroyed afterwards.

Data is held on a password-protected work laptop and in a restricted database. My bookkeeper has access to invoicing data only. Access is protected by passwords and, where possible, two-step verification.

This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising networks. Only technically necessary data is processed to make the site work.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent previously given. An email to nilsvermeire@gmail.com is enough.
